Legal/Regulatory Affairs Committee

The California Association of Health Plans’ Legal/Regulatory Affairs Committee meets quarterly to discuss legal and regulatory issues of concern to the CAHP membership, work on legal problems, and develop recommendations on regulatory and legal issues. The committee is comprised of the legal counsel (in-house and retained counsel) for CAHP member plans as well as regulatory compliance personnel. Special presentations by staff from the Department of Managed Health Care, Department of Health Services and health care consultants are also highlighted as well.
